Diversity
At Davis & Harman, we're committed to developing and fostering a diverse workplace. For the past five years, we have participated in the Capital Area REACH program, which provides summer employment to individuals from underrepresented groups. In addition, our recruiting policies are designed to identify and successfully recruit minority law students and attorneys. Through our policies, we hope to offer our clients both an increased understanding of their issues and enhanced services.
Our commitment to diversity is evident in our roster of attorneys. They have come to Davis & Harman from a wide variety of racial, ethnic, religious and educational backgrounds. Nearly one-third of our attorneys are women—including three partners. Two of our attorneys identify as racial/ethnic minorities and two identify as gay. As a firm, Davis & Harman is well aware of the ever-increasing importance of diversity in today's world.
